Coating solutions for the power plant industry

Jakob Albertsen has worked with power plants for more than 20 years and over the years we have helped the sector with many coating solutions.

For corrosion in pumps, pipes and tanks, ceramic coatings with a layer thickness of up to 1 mm are used.

For wear in mills, pipes and bends, ceramics with a layer thickness of up to 6 mm are used.

Lifespan studies (Replica)
Jakob Albertsen has a thoroughly tested and developed concept for surface preparation of high-pressure steam pipes before replicating. The concept is centered around Sponge-Jet blasting, which creates a perfect surface prior to the actual replica examination. Sponge-Jet is an alternative to manual sanding and traditional sandblasting.

The advantage of Sponge-Jet is that the medium does not generate dust, and that this is collected, regenerated and recycled.
